Hello! We are looking for Technical Support Specialist📢
Our Customer Success team is growing and seeking for talented Tier 2 Customer Support Specialist (English language), who will provide our customers and colleagues with relevant information regarding SEMrush services, consult and educate users and help with issues resolution.
📍Responsibilities include:
-Support Tier 1 colleagues with specific technical requests;
-Work closely with Development teams;
-Provide internal departments and management with customers’ feedback.
📍What we expect from you:
-English language (intermediate and higher);
-High level of digital literacy and understanding how web works;
-Ability to use telnet, ping, traceroute, curl;
-Knowledge of HTML/CSS;
-Understanding of how Google works, what SERP consists of;
-Analytical skills and strong desire to evolve in IT;
-The ability to work well with others;
-Good problem solving skills;
-Energy, enthusiasm and motivation;
-Intelligence and the ability to learn quickly.
📍Bonus points:
-HTTP/HTTPS;
-Customer support related experience;
-Understanding of SEO.
